CidaCit helps the practitioner record clinically meaningful information that they can rely on later to refresh their memory of crucial events in treatment, the patient's response to treatment/services, problems experienced in treatment, key historical facts and collateral contacts; provide a basis for self-supervision and reflection on the patient's clinical course and progress. CidaCit is designed for use on a wireless network to allow the practitioner to carry the patient record wherever a chart would be carried.
