The HSS Software has been in use since 1986 and has adapted to many industry changes. The software can be adapted to meet your agency's specific needs. Training is done on site so more users can take advantage of face to face training.
Some of the services that the HSS System is being used for includes Outpatient Mental Health, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Case Management, Resource Coordination, Targeted Service Management, Early Intervention, Family Based, Drug & Alcohol, DUI, Children & Youth, Residential, Occupational Therapy, Social Rehabilitation, Wrap Around, Crisis Intervention, Homeless Assistance, and Family Support Services. Almost any type of service can be tracked through the HSS System.
The software is installed in many locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Illinois and has been approved for Medicaid and Medicare billing and many other Insurance Companies.
A county level component adds a claims processing dimension to the software which allows the county to issue contracts and authorizations to Behavioral Health Providers. Claims can be entered either manually, or by processing a HIPAA compliant electronic submission, or allowing providers access to a web interface which the proivders use to enter claim information.
