Picture Archival Communication System - Medical imaging software that replaces hardcopy printing with digital soft-copy viewing on monitors. The IMS (Image Management System) software we provide is the heart of PACS. Key components include: Image Acquisition, Image Registration, Image Autorouting/Pre-fetching, and Archive. Viewers available include: High Resolution Diagnostic, High Resolutions Clinical, Clinical Review, Teleradiology and Web-Enabled Viewer Workstations specifically designed to work with PACS. IntraScanII includes an HL7 interface to HIS/RIS (hospital information/radiology information systems). MarkCare software has been developed using DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) standards. DICOM protocols enable communication between IntraScanII and most diagnostic imaging equipment - Siemens, GE, ATL, Philips, Picker, Lumisys, Swissray, Toshiba, Kodak, AGFA, FUJI, ETC.
