Medications: Write prescriptions, maintain current and cumulative medications, fax and digitally sign direct to pharmacy, renew, reorder. Use collaboration features and have nurse or other staff create renewal prescriptions and have them prepared electronically for physcians to authorize.
Investigations: Receive and review lab results electronically, automatically append to patient chart,graph results over time, share results with patient in print form or on screen, abnormal result notification, manual lab result included. Electronic order entry available for lab requisitions.
Reporting: Generate ad-hoc, screening, pre-defined and audit reports. Can be used for preventative care and risk reduction strategy.

Progress Notes: Review and record patient encounters using industry standard template, quickly record visit type, access any component of patient history, write prescriptions, add formal (ICD-9) diagnoses,enter vital signs, graph vital signs over time and use as visual aid with patient, add surveillances, schedule future appointments and send context sensitive messages. Facilitate workflow with nurse preliminary encounter entered in electronic chart prior to physician encounter.
Demographics: Review and record family history, social history, surgical history, allergies, vaccinations, surveillances and next of kin.
Scanning: Scan any type of document and append to patient charts.
Maintain name, address, DOB, next of kin, billing information, phone number etc. Demographics can be imported from existing billing systems.
