Each event can have an;unlimited number of "items", so you can separately track event registrations from other functions at the event such as tours, banquets, exhibits, special interest group meetings, etc. Each item has an associated price schedule which lets you vary prices by registration type and date, to provide member discounts, or early;bird discounts.;Built in reports let you see registration rosters, summary counts, and produce mail merges for confirmation notices, badges, tickets, certificates and the like. ACGI Event Management software accurately tracks all charges and payments, producing reports needed for proper accounting.;The self-service web registration add-on is an additional module that you easily link in to your web page for online registrations. It allows registrants to register themselves, with validated data entered directly into the registration database. Pre-requisite checking, real-time waitlisting, real-time credit card authorization, online confirmation notices, and other features make our flagship online registration system a time saver for you and your staff.;We license our software to you in the traditional way, or if you prefer we will professionally manage it and rent it to you over the internet for a monthly fee.
