Meeting Setup and Resource Management

Event Registration

Create fully customized attendee material including name badges, merge letters, tickets and certificates.

Integration with Microsoft's Visio product provides graphical floor plan layouts with two-way real-time integration. In addition, Aptify can easily integrate its Exhibit Management product with any 3rd party exhibit hall floor plan tool.

Housing/Hotel Room Block Management
-Integrated housing management handles all facets of hotel bookings to streamline and automate room block management with multiple hotels, room types and rates, with one central repository of information. The inventory management system tracks rooms by room type, block, night and preferences. Generate real-time reports for the most current information and share data with hotel suppliers directly via Aptify support for XML web services to update room lists, extend reserved room blocks and determine reservation date-based rates.

Speaker Management
-Manage the speaker logistics and information collection and dissemination with flexibility and ease. Capture and track speaker costs and availability, materials collected (outline, agenda, handouts, etc.) and maintain a free-form comment log to report on credentials and expertise in specific subject matter areas. Link audience evaluations to speaker record for analysis for future speaker selection.
