This RUBIN module also provides the offer, rent-contract and accounting functions which are linked to this.;Rooms (halls, auditoriums, open grounds, multipurpose areas), services (services for organisers, exhibitors and visitors), material (energy supply, furnishings, general event technology, catering) and certain personal services (technical management, caretaker, ambulance) can be allocated to defined processes.;For organisers of event facilities, this component provides a complete order management, covering all areas including, for example, the automatic drafting of contracts, pricing, work instructions for engineering departments, accounting and invoicing.;A differentiation between your own events and those involving room rentals is maintained.;The goal is immediate access at any thime to information about the status of current and planned projects. In this context, the integrated, central schedule summary replaces traditional booking ledgers and has binding validity for the entire company. Uncertainties and double or false bookings are reliably avoided.
