ONETECH.CRS is ONETECH’s private label call center service. ONETECH reservation sales agents leverage the CRS module to process reservations in a professional and efficient manner. Since the CRS is based on the same database that supports the PMS, the same level of personalized service that one receives at the hotel is provided over phone, including knowledge of the customer’s preferences. When activated with ONETECH.Internet the agent can also promote membership and the use of the Internet channel for future reservations.
