Maintain control of your databases with this powerful benefits administration system., POWERPLUS is a highly flexible, modular employee benefits administration system used by TPAs and Plan Sponsors alike to administer Flexible Benefit Programs. This is a true multi-user, multi-company system with virtually no upper limits., With the Reimbursement Account Administration system, you can track employee elections, employee and employer contributions, post deposits, pay claims, and write checks. System integrates with mbi, Evolution and SmartFlex debit cards and includes extensive self-service online capabilities. Output options include pre-printed check stock, MICR checks, EFT, and export file to an external check system or directly to payroll for inclusion in the employees next paycheck. System includes ability to track multiple election periods within a plan year. You can establish up to eight accounts on either a pre-tax or after-tax basis, with plan years commencing on any date. Standard Import and Export functionality using fixed length ASCII files make setup of new groups of employees a breeze! User assigned codes and values and a wide range of global default settings result in a user-friendly system with low reliance on outside MIS vendors. Full Key Employee Determination and Discrimination Testing modules included., Expand the FSA capabilities to include full benefits administration including tracking eligibility, participation, pricing, employer credits and enrollment in all benefit plans. With comprehensive reporting capabilities including over 140 standard system reports and the R&R Report Writer, you can print custom enrollment forms and confirmation statements, in-depth management reports, and any other report reflecting system data. (If you can envision it, you can print it!) Custom interfaces to payroll, carrier and HR systems readily available based on your needs.
