An employer, a service provider and a disability insurer);· integrates case management plans with messaging systems such as e-mail, fax and pager, so members of the case management team are reminded when their actions are needed;· works with other systems: payroll, human resources or the Safety Net® First Step telephone absence recording system;· allows you to associate case types with management plans (also called timelines) which automatically prompt case management team members when their actions are required;· stores any type of data object as part of the case management file.
