TravisFlex for Windows provides for the enrollment and ongoing administration of flexible benefit plans, including Flexible Spending Accounts and Medical Savings Accounts (MSA's. As well as "Full Cafeteria" benefit plans. TravisFlex allows for advanced choice making and customization through system parameters for each employer's benefit plans. The system performs benefit modeling, step-rating of benefit costs, and accommodate multiple health plans, HMO's, dental, life, and disability plans. TravisFlex also handles spending accounts for health care reimbursement, and the new parking and transit accounts. It also performs necessary discrimination test on these plans. It reports information to help users prepare Form 5500.
