Centranum HRadvance is a fully integrated people management system. We integrate all people processes managers are involved in or have to look after.
Unlike other systems the development of our systems is not IT but practitioner and research lead. With our background in organisational psychology we have over the last 12 years developed a platform that supports existing practices within businesses rather than us prescribing our clients how they should run their people processes.
