Goal Setting & Tracking : Create employee goals from multiple sources. Track these periodically to monitor results.

Training & Development : A composite 'Training Management Information System'. Can be interfaced with e-Learning solutions.

Performance linked Bonus: Automatically calculates performance bonus of employees based on a variety of factors such as budgets, company performance, group targets and individual performance scores.
