MindSolve Visual Performance automates both multi-rater assessment and supervisor-based performance appraisal, performance documentation, goal setting/tracking, and individual development plans, facilitated by online development resources and supervisor coaching assistance. MVP supports any type of assessment ratings, including MindSolve's patented drag-and-drop interface that maximizes accuracy and cuts time demands up to 80%. Raters can perform simultaneous, comparison-based assessments quickly and accurately, and scale ratings can be augmented by narrative feedback. Short answer, multiple choice, and Likert scale assessments also supported. A Development Planning Wizard facilitates the creation of individual development plans, drawing action items from thousands of online developmental resources that are targeted to reflect assessment results. Administrator module gives control over most tasks, including assessment design, modification, and scheduling; or administration can be handled by vendor. Automatic email reminders launch automatically to remind employees of approaching or past action deadlines, and administrators can review real time participation status reports.
