NetScope scanning the network continuously, and checks when somebody switches his PC on, then NetScope send the email message to you or to your mobile phone (via GSM SMS email). When somebody quits he turning his PC off, at this time NetScope sends a message to you. NetScope can provide other reactions, not only the email messages, also it can play a sound or run any program.
