HR-Assist
HR-Assist is a secure Lotus Notes human resources application suite, allowing confidential employee records to be securely stored on a Notes server. A vacation scheduler is integrated with HR-Assist, the scheduler has workflow which passes vacation requests to a users manager for authentication - intelligent date selection is used to simplify date ranges, regional holidays are also excluded for the users region. All vacation requests are displayed and categorised in a company wide shared group calendar. Sickness reports are completed by users and automatically routed to HR. A BS 7799 compliant security audit dictates the encryption and access levels.

The shared group calendar allows users to see across the company - who is on vacation, or who has booked a vacation - regional office have their own local holidays (or local office events to be removed from date range selection) . The security policy details all risks to data and outlines any perceived weakness's on the client site. The licensing policy is flexible and allows an unlimited number of users to share a single server.
