HRIS-Pro is a comprehensive Human Resource Management System that brings greater organization and effectiveness to the full range of Human Resource functions and responsibilities. HRIS-Pro is a cost-effective HRMS solution that is tailorable to meet the specific needs of today's Human Resource departments. HRIS-Pro's well-organized screens and report writer allow the user to independently maintain, manage and access Human Resource information. Modular flexibility enables the Human Resource department to configure a HRMS solution based on current requirements and to add modules and features as the department's needs grow. HRIS-Pro's base Employee Module tracks employee-related information such as benefits, flexible spending accounts, compensation, qualifications, safety/OSHA, and COBRA. Optional modules/features include Time-Off, Payroll Interface, Applicant/Requisition Tracking, Position Control/Succession Planning, Training Administration, and Employee/Managerial Self-Service. HRIS-Pro's presentation quality report writer comes with over 160 standard reports including compliance, headcount, benefits statement and premium reports, as well as sample letters and turn-around documents. The report writer also allows for unlimited user-defined reports that can be sent to the screen, file, printer, or e-mail and gives complete control over selection, sorting, layout and report content. HRIS-Pro supports point-in-time reporting and produces charts and graphs. Interoperability with Microsoft Office allows the user to launch other desktop applications from within HRIS-Pro. This feature generates letters in Word, creates spreadsheets in Excel or sends e-mails using standard formats. With the Screen Painter, screens and data fields can be easily added or customized by the user to address the unique needs of the organization. End users can further tailor features of the system to mirror organizational practices by setting System Preferences. Multi-level security permits user and group access to be defined by any combination of functions, modules, utilities, reports, screens, records, and fields.
