The HRPS is a very robust, comprehensive and an extremely stable package designed to effectively service complex and vast payroll and HR requirements of large organizations. Developed on the ever-reliable IBM AS/400 platform it assures high levels of security and speed, which are essential elements of the personnel information requirements of large organizations. Currently the software is configured to effectively service every personnel related statutory requirement in India. However any international adaptation can be done with minimum levels of customization given the flexible design of the system.
