The PAYKWIK EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, PERMS, allows employees to enter their workplace by depressing a sensor embedded in the the door handle. It causes Security to know who they are and provide access while simultaneously logging them into the workplace for Time and Attendance.
This is typical of the modern and cutting edge technologies used in PERMS for efficient and modern day employee administration. Employees can acces their files for updating W4 forms, their 401K and Cafeteria Plan Insurance releaving the company of the cost of the labor to do this.
PAYKWIK Payroll consolidates the companion PERMS features to allow employee administration and real time payroll processing on the corner of the payroll persons desk. Child Support, Garnishments, 457, 401K, 403B, 125 and multi state withholding are all well supported.
Automatic deductions payements are on-call or a schedule by check or electronically so that, at most, only the stamp needs to be licked. General Ledger labor and Job Cost is supported along with Union Pay Schedules. Retirees and Contractor labor with 1099's are supported.
Payroll calculates at the rate of 3,000 checks per minute to outperform the Corporate mainframe and its conventional and inconvenient night payroll run.
PERMS is maintained current with the ever changing technology. PAYKWIK has survived numerious computer hardware and software generations since 1979 to be the last conversion that a company will ever require.
