Staff Files is easy to use, and starts at an affordable price of only $295 for a single-user license; multiple-user licenses start at $395. Staff Files adds value for businesses that don’t have or cannot afford a high-end HRIS. Staff Files’ user-friendly interface consists of 13 “quick-tabs.” Using the tabs, managers can quickly navigate through employee records while looking at general information, emergency contacts, wage rates, benefits, time-off accruals, training and certifications, performance evaluations, incidents, reminders, miscellaneous notes, customized data, scanned documents, and employee separation details. HR letter templates, checklists, and reports help improve employee communication and save time. It’s important for all managers to stay on top of employee details, which is why Staff Files’ built-in reminder system automatically notifies users about upcoming birthdays, anniversaries, I-9 renewals, benefit eligibility, certification expirations, and performance reviews. You can also store employee photos and other important documents within Staff Files such as scanned W-2s and resumes. Because each business is different, identify facts important to your business and define your own fields.
