Policy administrators benefit from PolicyPrime’s page view tracking and testing features. Administrators create questions for their policies and define the number of questions that appear on quizzes as well as the comprehension level required to pass them. As users browse for their policies, their page views are tracked and quizzes are presented to them when they are available. Administrators are given multiple parameters to use to search through page views and quiz results. All search results can be viewed and printed for inclusion in employee evaluations.
All of this is accomplished without modifying your existing policy documents or changing the manner in which policies are revised and approved.
