Assessment Centre Manager allows you to:
select the assessment dimensions (competencies) for the assessment centre from either the in-built dimensions or the user's own custom dimensions
specify the exercises for the assessment centre
set up links between exercises and dimensions, specifying which dimensions will be assessed by which exercises
plan the detailed timetable for the assessment centre
assign individual candidates and assessors to specified activities at specified times
assign activities to particular rooms that will be available at the time
print out detailed overall timetables
print out individual timetables for each candidate and each assessor
automatically generate assessors' record forms for each exercise, based on timetable allocations for candidates and assessors
create a database of custom dimensions, each with its own description and 'behavioural indicators'
create a database of custom exercises
Data Centre allows you to:
enter candidates ratings as each exercise is completed
include ratings from multiple assessors for each dimension for each exercise
enter detailed comments for each candidate on each exercise
generate overall assessment centre scores displayed by candidate name or by final ranking
optionally apply individual weights to each dimension for use in calculating overall scores
generate candidates' average scores for each dimension and each exercise
produce professional quality numerical and graphical reports
generate narrative reports for selectors, HRD managers and candidates which include detailed results alongside narrative text entered by the user and based upon assessors' observations and comments during the assessment centre
generate an Assessor Statistics report showing exercise intercorrelations, dimension intercorrelations and assessor overall rating means, thus enabling users to identify weaknesses in the assessment centre design or in assessment procedures
export raw data to several popular data file formats
