Ever wonder what would happen if you changed your rotation cycle? Or if you switch an officer's off-days, or went to 4-10's or 3-12's? SpeedShift makes it easy to do "what-if" scenarios. In fact, we've pre-loaded many schedules so you can analyze just what impact the change will have on your department. With our SpeedShift Metro version users are connected to the schedule in one central location and can simultaneously view and edit up-to-date schedules across the network. Schedule changes are stored to a central server and then, at pre-defined intervals, the schedule is updated on every desktop. We call this new concurrent user version SpeedShift Metro.
At the core of SpeedShift Metro is a powerful file manager. It manages schedule files and supervised file usage across the network. It also monitors changes to the schedule and then updates the schedule and then updates the schedule of every user on the network. SpeedShift Metro has several comprehensive security access levels to protect the confidentiality of your workers and their schedules. A wide variety of features can be activated or deactivated depending upon the user's security clearance.
All the way from view-only to full editing and scheduling capabilities. SpeedShift Metro can also be upgraded to operate fast and securely over the Internet. Now anywhere there is an Internet connection you can review and/or edit personnel. To protect your files and their contents, this special Internet add-on module gives you state-of-the-art protection using Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) digital encryption technology. Each user is given a unique identity to ensure that only authorized access is granted. Our encryption standards are much higher that what is currently used to process web browser credit card transactions.
