ScheduleNow! can automatically generate part time employee schedules. The software looks at each employee's availability and fairly distributes open shifts to him or her.
By managing full time people and either automatically or manually selecting part time people, there is an increase in the control and flexibility of scheduling. Schedules may be generated and then after changing employee patterns or workloads may be re-generated to reflect these changes.
