Keep a detailed record of your employees leave and days off. You can set up as many absence types as you wish - annual leave, sick leave, lates, exam leave etc. , Plan and schedule your activities based on the information provided by AMS. Analyse the main reasons for staff absenteeism using the reports generated by the system. Sample reports include absence report, attendance sheets, planning report and departmental analysis. Analyse the attendance by department to enhance your productivity. Use this information together with your performance reports and devise the strategy to boost your potential. All reports can be run based on any date range. , The timesheets module allows you to record hours worked and aids in monitoring employees' attendance. There is also an import facility available for bringing in your personnel data. Security comes in the form of security groups which are based around the hierarchy in your company. Multiple users can be a accomodated in our network version. AMS can also support companies who use shifts and have complex working hours. , We have a powerful e-mail notification feature and absence request facility i.e. an employee can make a request for leave in AMS and an automatic e-mail is sent to his/her supervisor. Once the supervisor approves/rejects his leave in AMS an automatic e-mail is sent back to the employee informing him/her of the outcome of his/her request.
