Total Time Solutions is a web-based (ASP Model) Time & Attendance system for small to medium size businesses. Total Time Solutions time & attendance system was designed to help executives, managers and supervisors solve a wide range of critical payroll and human resource issues. Companies use our software to automate how they track their employee's hours, schedules, vacation/sick time, expense reimbursements and time spent working on specific jobs or projects. Total Time Solutions will interface to most payroll systems, eliminating the time spent entering duplicate information into other systems. Companies have the choice of using serveral different methods to record employee hours. You can use an electronic time clock, a PC, a web enabled cell phone or PDA device. Most companies that use our system, use it for one or three reasons. Some companies want a more efficient and accurate way to track their employee's hours, expenses and benefits, while automating their payroll process. Other companies want to implement a professional time & attendance system to enforce company rules and/or policies and to ensure fairness. Another popular reason why companies have implemented our services, is that they were looking for better ways to track employee's time spent working on specific jobs and/or projects while increasing the accuracy of their payroll. Companies can implement our product by signing a monthly subscription service contract. The subscription fee is based upon the total number of active employee's in any given month. By enabling companies to pay for our services as they use them (ASP Model, we allow companies with limited resources to implement a professional time & attendance system with little or no up front cost.
