TimeManager
The TimeManager solution fuses together a flexible and scalable biometric Time and Attendance solution with the most advanced identification technology available today. Created by our in-house software development team, the software is built specifically to work with the latest biometric technology. This combination provides employers with the means to efficiently track the time worked by employees, automating much of the process and ensuring that the person clocking in and out is who they should be.
The emphasis of this solution is on “Management By Exception”. Our experience has shown that the tracking and paying of employees can be a difficult process, involving many people and a lot of time. We believe that this whole process can be simplified massively by improving the means by which employees clock in and out and then integrating this information in a software application which focuses on the information you need to effectively manage the workforce at all levels.
The Time and Attendance software provides a range of features including the creation of comprehensive shift and rota patterns and pay schemes, as well as the ability to set up company and personal holiday and absences. Also included is a complete reporting suite covering scheduling, attendance monitoring and punctuality including European Working Time Directive specific reports and for Health and Safety, the solution also comes with a Fire Roll Call report. The inclusion of a Sage interfacing feature means that TimeManager can now even help organise payroll.
The Biometric Readers provide a reliable and accurate means to record employee “punches”. This technology has been deployed extensively in the UK and around the world in a variety of conditions and environments and continues to provide the only proof positive means of tracking your employees.
The solution is available in two versions: Enterprise and Lite. The Enterprise version is ideal for medium - large businesses, requiring a scalable and robust Time and Attendance application that can be applied across multiple sites, but still maintaining a central reporting capability.
The Lite version is aimed at small businesses of less than 100 employees. While still taking advantage of the latest biometric identification technology, TimeManager Lite provides a quick to install and maintainable application to better help manage the accurate and efficient payment of employees.
