The ERIC Risk Management Information System v4.0 (RMIS v4.0) is a suite of programs designed for the administration of Worker Compensation and General Liability Claims. A Medical Fee Adjusting module is also integrated in the suite. Version 4.0 is a complete rewrite of our earlier systems. They represent more than 16 years of constant development, much in direct in response to the comments and suggestions of our users in both TPA and self-administered environments. This is important because it means that our system design is mature and easily handles the variability and diversity in events that characterize day to day claims management.
