New Business Processing
Designed andimplemented a N-Tiered web-based middleware solution that automated a majority of themanual processes. The GUI was redesigned to match application flow. The system has built inbusiness rules to automate previously manual underwriting decision-making.

Initiative: Policyholder Services
Worked with Operations and internal IT Department to analyze call volume and built the portal to most effectively group information based on typical incoming calls and information grouping requirements. Lack of a 360-client view also led to increased call times. The portal now allows them to switch between policies with the click of a button, resulting in significant efficiencies when nswering questions on multiple accounts.

Recruiting, Retention & Conversion
We designed and engineered a Web based solution that helped the Client multiple goals:
•Single source capture for all leads from Web, Inbound calls, Mailers as well as Field efforts.
•Automatic distribution of leads to specific calling teams.
•Business rules to automate lead distribution to the correct call
team based on custom criteria.
•Detailed real time reporting of campaign and calling team
effectiveness.

Licensing & Contracting System
The application automates everything from credit checks and background reporting to correspondence. Automated workflows are also built into the system including a full business rules driven requirements generation engine. The system now appoints agents on receipt of new business, saving in excess of $160,000 per year in carrier appointment fees.

Agent Portal
Over the last 7 years the Agent Portal has become a full self-service portal. The agents currently get full access to New Business Underwriting, Submitted Business, Commission Statements and Transaction Search, Form Store including a full Shopping Cart, Illustrations, Product Specific Marketing Calculators, Webinars and Product Education, Agent Management System for Wholesalers, Dashboard for performance metrics, and numerous other pplications that increase their productivity and have resulted in drastic reduction of call volumes and service requests.

Enterprise Document Service
This application was designed to allow Operations to create templates and assign Business Rules on when that template is to be used. Using MSMQ, all other applications use EDS to request and generate correspondence. EDS also automatically indexes the
documents and inserts it directly into the front-end scanning system (AWD), eliminating the need for back-scanning correspondence.
