PRORIS gives you a complete solution for handling your reinsurance. It runs under Windows NT/2000/XP with a graphical user interface, and is based on a relational database running on a server of any kind.
Key features:
- Fully automatic direct insurance interface: the Reinsurance Server, maximizes direct insurance risks, calculates and renews facultative covers, splits bookings across reinsurance treaties, identifies major claims and makes them available for reinsurance settlement with individual configuration in dialog.
- Complete range of functions: administration of privileges and clients, basic data, partners, contracts, offers and documents, individual risks, accounts capturing, event and claims administration, reinsurance and retrocession accounting, statistics and reports, current account and receivables management, reporting for the supervisory office, interface with financial accounts, data exchange, data warehouse connection, geographic information system.
- Statistics and reports: PRORIS gives you the full range of complex statistics and reports at your disposal. You are completely free to determine the structure and contents and all evaluations are immediately available on screen, printed out or stored as a file in a standard export format.
- Flexibility: you use your key systems and reinsurance guidelines according to your needs.
- Configurability: PRORIS is tailored to meet your specific needs. You just select the components you need.
- Stability: PRORIS has been in productive use since 1992 - so what you get is a proven, stable and quick system which has long since overcome its teething problems, but is neither rigid nor antiquated. PRORIS is being constantly being extended, improved and renewed.
- Multi-client administration: By using one PRORIS system only, you will be able to handle the reinsurance business of multiple companies which allows you e.g. to automate your group reinsurance operations including retrocession.
- Multi-language interface: PRORIS is delivered with user interfaces in German, Danish and English. French are available. Further languages are easy to implement.
- User group: All customers are member of the PRORIS user group, meeting at least once a year for exchange, to decide on the priority of requirements to be implemented by TietoEnator, and to see the further roadmap in PRORIS development.
