• Solution uses the latest application toolsets integrated into Office 2007 to provide unparalleled functionality.
• Server requirement for total functionality and complete collaboration is only Microsoft SQL Server or MYSQL to manage the secure database architecture.
• Incredible security model uses triple 512 bit encryption to synchronize data between the remote user and the central database. This allows the remote user to operate in real time with dedicated network users over an open Internet connection from anywhere.
• Due to encrypted synchronization VPN networks are no longer required to access data remotely allowing remote users to synchronize even on dial up or DSL Lite effectively.
• Users are able to update their own data and content in Evolution and based on security permission they can post that data to the web portal without the need for IT support.
• Web portal has no concurrent licensing fees. This allows you to completely collaborate with sub vendors or clients on tasks, appointments, project timelines, documents or reports over the web from anywhere securely.
• All data (email, documents, project plans etc) imported into the database is centralized, indexed for complete searchability and compressed (12:1) making for easier access and reduced backup requirements.
• Our ODBC driver support in Evolution© also allows the user to export data to multiple file formats effectively.
• Form builder within solution allows the user to customize template forms to corporate needs.
• The Evolution© email server client can be integrated into the MS SQL database we have developed providing unlimited licenses for email and total functionality. New employee mail accounts are then set up within Evolution in Employee section eliminating the need for IT support to create users on the server side. Email is simply part of contact information.
• The Evolution© email client also allows you to view and delete directly from any handheld emails in your inbox within Evolution. This eliminates the need for applications like Blackberry Enterprise to provide this direct access further reducing server side application and IT support costs.
