PARTS MASTER
This module contains the detail held against a part, it is a commonly accessed database used by all the other modules within the system.
BILL OF MATERIALS
This module contains the detail of what a part or assembly, is made out of and its relevant cost. It is multi-level, (99 levels), in structure.
STOCK CONTROL
This module records and monitors all of the stock movements within the system and fully integrates to all modules. Additional options to the Stock Control are Stock Locator and Traceability modules.
STOCK CONTROL TRACEABILITY
This module allows tracking of components from receipt, through manufacture to customer despatch; by batch and purchase order.
PURCHASE ORDER
This module produces, progresses and maintains purchase orders placed on suppliers.
MANUFACTURING ORDER
This module produces, progresses and maintains works orders placed on the factory and enabling timely through-put of work, in the manufacturing environment.
CUSTOMER ORDER
This module produces, progresses and maintains customer orders received including, acknowledgement, dispatch and invoicing.
PROCESS DETAIL ( ROUTINGS )
This module contains the detail of how and where a part is made; providing detailed product specifications and work lists.
SHOP FLOOR DATA COLLECTION
This module utilises the Manufacturing Order module to record what stage of operation a works order has reached, how many have been produced and monitors the cost of production against expected cost.
It also gives detail of shop floor loading and capacity planning.
MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS PLANNING
This module uses the Bill Of Materials and master production schedule to determine and recommend orders, (both Purchases and Manufacturing) and items requiring re-scheduling order, or cancelling. This enables timely ordering; while keeping stock levels to a minimum.
QUOTATION MODULE
This module produces, progresses and maintains customer quotations, allowing for automatic update to customer orders.
