Rules-based MSDS Authoring
The MSDS Authoring module is designed to automate the production of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) using information about finished products or product components. For companies whose business requires frequent changes in product recipe or formulation, this rules-based application offers a cost effective way of automatically generating MSDS's.
MSDS Dispatch
MSDS Dispatch provides a mechanism for distributing MSDS’s via print, FAX or e-mail. When tied into a company's order processing system, the system operates automatically to send appropriate MSDS’s based on customer orders.
MSDS Master
MSDS Master provides the ability to manage both vendor (inbound) and customer (outbound) MSDS’s in a single database. By incorporating an image and free-format text capability, all methods of creating and storing MSDS’s can be accommodated.
HAZMAT Labeling
Hazmat Labeling, integrated with your Enterprise Resource Planning System, provides the capability of dynamically creating both shipping and Hazardous Material labels for manufacturers or distributors of chemical products. MSDS and label data is shared by Hazox EMS to ensure that the same hazards reported on the MSDS appear on the label.
Chemical Reporting
Through a variety of reports, worksheets and lists, this module may be used for regulatory reporting throughout the world, as well as for operations management. When interfaced with a company's inventory information, significant clerical and professional time can be saved. Reports include SARA 311/312/313, daily inventory, and product breakdown and "where used". Custom reports can also be written.
Web EMS
The long sought goal of handling MSDS's without paper is finally becoming a reality through a breakthrough technology for transmitting Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) electronically. As a result, companies may place either vendor or their own documents on Web EMS and make these available via Intranet/Internet.
Transportation Support
A key benefit to the Hazox Environmental and Chemical Data Management System is to provide support for various reporting and classifications requirements for shipping Dangerous Goods. Using industry standard classification databases, the user may properly label or report goods to be shipped by various carrier methods: air, water or ground. The system is capable of supporting regulations on a worldwide basis.
