VFA.facility provides the core functionality for data integration, assessment automation, automated costing, automated reporting, CAD capabilities, photo documentation, renewal projection calculation, and sophisticated database sorting/querying to analyze capital needs by priority, building systems, type of need, building, etc.;VFA.facility is modular in design to allow for services and licensing configurations that can meet clients? individual requirements. The suite of software modules include the following.;VFA.facility:;This data input and collection module takes the detailed information gathered through a facility assessment to compile an accurate, standardized, and reusable database. This baseline data represents existing facilities capital improvement and renovation requirements and associated costs. It includes deferred maintenance, code compliance, and functional needs of buildings and infrastructure. Construction cost estimates are provided for each issue, and are based on R.S.
