Datex EX 3PL WMS is delivered as an open solution – all tables in the database are completely available to the client and developers are on hand to answer any questions and provide customization advice at any time. This open approach makes it easy to integrate into any accessible application be it ERP, financial, or another component of the supply chain. Our licensing is user-based and doesn’t require additional costs for adding warehouses, locations, or even installing on multiple servers – you only have to pay for the additional users! Our support program includes unlimited phone support, quarterly enhancements and a major update once a year – and if for any reason we can not solve the problem on the phone, we will put someone on site at no cost to the client. We do all this because Datex International does not want to be you software vendor but your supply-chain solution partner.
