Additional Product Information

A bar code is attached in the mailroom to all opened postal mail. Then, the envelope and its contents are imaged scanned into FDD Mail Safe using a scanner. Notification is sent via email to company staff so that they can veiw their individual mail on their computer screens. No paper mail is distributed. Employees' universal electronic inbox contains both email and postal mail as PDFs.
