Through Optrace management system, the buyer grants a procurement contract - with all relevant information - to a supplier.
In their own system, the supplier enters all specifications to plan his deliveries : loading and unloading points, quantities, species, dates, vehicles...
The driver downloads the cargo plan onto his PDA (via cellular or Internet communication) and is guided step by step to his loading and unloading points. He enters the details about his transactions with a few clicks and synchronizes to update the information accessible via Optrace.
