Supplier Performance Evaluation System (SPES) is designed to measure suppliers' performance with minimal effort. Performance measures used are:;- On-time - Ability to deliver as requested.;- On-time - Ability to deliver as requested. ;- Quality - Quantity rejected versus received.;- Lead time - Ability to deliver within planned leadt time.;- Unit cost - Ability to invoice correctly.;- Quantity - Ability to deliver as requested.;Users can select any of the above measures, define on-tme window, define quantity tolerances and exclude suppliers and/or purchase orders from analysis. Supplier performance may be computed as often as needed. ;SPES also computes:;- Average days early/late;- Early/late quantity measure;- Actual lead time versus planned lead time;- Actual unit price versus standard unit cost;- Overall rating;- Group ranking;- Performance category based upon overall rating.;SPES provides a monthly supplier report card which may be mailed or faxed.
