Receive and Record Deliveries -- receive mail, packages and other accountable items and enter them into Arrival using a portable data collector or a keyboard. Create Delivery Manifest-- create an internal delivery manifest that can be sorted by department, mail stop or delivery route. Update and Reconcile Data -- transfer delivery data from the portable data collector directly into Arrival, or record updates at an Arrival processing station. Information can include date and time of delivery, who signed for the package and their signature. Query and Report Status -- instant access to the delivery status of mail and packages.
