ViaView
ViaView collects the real-time information from a client's fulfillment applications, including warehousing (WMS), transportation (TMS), small parcel shipping (SPS), yard management (YMS), and other systems. Users, their partners and customers use ViaView to monitor the real-time status of orders, shipments and inventory availability via the Internet and can be instantly notified when selected fulfillment events happen and/or don't happen. This enables the elimination of safety stocks and other excess inventory caused by the lack of real-time inventory and order information, while ensuring exceptional order fill rates and customer satisfaction.
