The FLS of JOTA is developed to control centralized steering of trucks and fork-lift trucks with the goal to drastically minimize empty movements with the vehicles within the warehouse areas as well as optimize in-house transport and use to increase the transport capacity., The FLS can be used in buildings as well in an open country area. , All processed transport orders will be under the recognition of priorities and expiration date , automatically transmitted to the respective truck or fork-lift truck. , For this reason the FLS splits each - delivery order - shop order - , incoming goods - any order of a transportation usage into (one or) more single transport orders. , The system has always an overview of - each transport order including the status - , each truck/fork-lift truck with the position and status. , Herewith you have an optimized steering and control mechanism for each travelling path of the trucks , and as well minimized empty movements. , The FLS stores and controls permanently all transport orders and sorts these by location , and time priorities for the respective suitable truck or fork-lift truck. (A permanent , actualized overview of all pending transport orders, as well the status and position of , the vehicles is for a human being nearly impossible to keep in his mind constantly.) , Many of the transport orders are coming from existing computer applications , (for example: shipping, incoming goods, store administration, manufacturing control) , and from control systems (for example: sensors or conveyor systems). , The JOTA-FLS is modular built. Functions and ranges of applications are single modules, , they can be combined in any way.
