With complete inventory management, Stocker caters for various storage types including standard pallet racking, block stacking, mobile racking, live racking and narrow aisle picking. Stocker is fully multi-site and multi-warehouse enabled. Orders can be entered at point of receipt or prior to receipt. Stock can be received against standard pallet quantities or variable pallet quantities. When locating stock, storage locations can be automatically selected using tailored pre-defined rules or manually putaway in specific locations. Stock selection and despatch is by sell-by date where applicable, or using strict FIFO. Picking operations are handled via dedicated picking faces - with automatic replenishment. A comprehensive set of status indicators provide instant visibility of order progress. Consignments provide for the processing of order batches. A Vehicle Scheduling planner can manage the Goods In and Goods Out bays. Stocker offers a complete set of supporting functions including stock quarantine, customer returns, ad-hoc issues, stock adjustments, internal warehouse housekeeping; site, warehouse and customer stock transfers. There's a comprehensive set of stock-taking functions including variable controlled perpetual inventory. Theres also an extensive set of enquiries and reports detailing the warehouse inventory both by product and location. Full interfaces to host stock control and order processing systems are provided.
