Once product is received, it is automatically assigned a location in the warehouse based on all available locations and predefined storage attributes. Accurate and On-Time
;Once orders are released, VIAWARE WMS dynamically allocates inventory to be picked based on user configured priorities (FIFO, LIFO, forward picking, least number of picks, pick-to-clean, etc.) and automatically begins the pick process on all available orders in the system. The wave planning functionality manages the completion of each order so that critical orders are given priority, while still ensuring other order deadlines are achieved.;
;The VIAWARE WMS labor management function then interleaves work assignments based on the equipment, location and authorization levels of each specific employee. You complete orders faster, achieve improved pick/putaway rates and reduce labor costs. Furthermore, VIAWARE WMS increases order accuracy by providing immediate feedback to employees through radio frequency equipment on order accuracy at the time work is performed.
