Maintenance Requests at Your Convenience
xmWEB allows users with a web browser to easily send work requests to the maintenance department via the Internet. Users can also check on the status of their work requests at their convenienceat any time and from any locationusing a web browser from their desktop or a web-enabled handheld device like a Pocket PC.
Users who want to request maintenance work complete a few fields, using the simple xmWEB interface. Drop-down pick lists make it even easier to note location, asset requiring maintenance, and type of service requested.
With the click of a button, a user sends the work request directly to MicroMain XM, which automatically creates a work order for the maintenance department. Users can also have an email automatically sent to designated recipients.
Both users and maintenance staff save time with xmWEB. Productivity increases because work requests include all needed information. User satisfaction improves as well since users can check on the status of their work requests, including viewing details such as priority assigned to the request or due date.
