QMWELD is a management system that covers traceability of welds and management of welding- and NDT-activities. The system also contains;all NDT documents. A defect library according ISO 6520 is included. The defects are associated with the weld and the welder and as a consequence valuable statistics can be generated. The system ;has powerfull statistical modules and report facilities fro managenemt supervision.;A seperate module covers documentation of Welders Certificate as well as NDT operators. This module is also used for updates and renewal of the certificates.;A special Batch print module allows a user to print out a complete fabrication record.;The QMWELD system can be used for structural steel and also piping.;The information contained in the system and the reports that you can generate meets most of the requirements in ISO 3834 or EN 729 part 2 and 3.
