Maxim Advertising is an integrated set of software modules covering Advertising Sales, Order Processing and Page Planning designed specifically with a sales perspective. Maxim Advertising will process orders for Client and Agency bookings and handle all advertising types: display, classified, inserts and regional splits.
The system has an integrated, on-line check for space availability across titles and issues, allowing the salesperson to offer immediate alternatives where space is already taken.
Bookings across a range of titles and issues can be easily processed and automatically placed on the relevant flat plan. The space booking functionality has been integrated with the Maxim Advertising copy chasing functions, to provide copy tracking facilities, and the Maxim Advertising graphical Page Planner.
The Classified text-handling component of Maxim Advertising allows the on-line entry, formatting and pricing of Classified Lineage and Display advertising. The use of PDF in this process shows 5 Fifteen?s intent to be at the forefront of adoption of industry standards.
Maxim Advertising links seamlessly into Microsoft WordŽ and ExcelŽ to provide a complete system. WordŽ is used to generate all stationery output from the booking functions, such as order acknowledgements, invoices, credit notes and letters for marketing campaigns.
The interface to ExcelŽ enables bookings data to be exported for financial analysis purposes. Part of the service 5 Fifteen provide with Maxim Advertising is the building of data catalogues to facilitate the analysis and reporting of data from Maxim Advertising using industry standard Business Intelligence tools.
The system is designed and built using client server technology and utilizing leading SQL databases.
