AdPro is an integrated display ad tracking system, designed for college and university newspapers with 3 or more sales reps. There are five main modules -- advertising (which includes ad entry, a daily issue closing process, and sales call tracking), accounts receivable (AR aging, statements, credit call tracking), cash drawer, general ledger, and system administration. The system uses a Windows or Linux server running Oracle, with either Macintosh or Windows clients on each desktop., CAPS, the integrated classified system also uses the same Oracle database. It offers extremely flexible pricing and easy access to customer information for classified ad takers and management.
