The "lowest" service level that the other levels are built upon is the hardware level. DonorWare provides our clients with access to our NCR 4300 servers running the NCR MP-RAS variant of UNIX. While many organizations want the power and stability of a UNIX solution, they do not want the related hassles and expense. DonorWare bundles this all together -- providing all the "behind-the scenes" work required to keep the servers safe and stable. Many users will never even realize they are working on a UNIX server.;Network 2. By providing access to our network from anywhere in North America, we are able to maintain multiple client?s data on centralized servers. Our network is an evolving hybrid solution of a private backbones and Internet VPN solutions.;Software 3. DonorWare provides the Donor Automation family of software ? DASCO for donation systems, SAFARI for sales, fulfillment, accounts receivable and inventory, and SUBSCO for subscription management. Not only does DonorWare put this premiere software into the hands of non-profits, we also have the experience to help you get the most out of it.;Training 4.
