Outlook QuickView for iMIS lets everyone on your staff access the contact information in iMIS without leaving Outlook. Just a few clicks and you have the phone number or e-mail address you need.
Search for the information using name, organization, state, member type, committee, or other criteria. Any information in the iMIS Name Table is available to you.
Your results are pulled from iMIS when you ask for them, so they are current to the minute (without having to synchronize).
Once you have the information, one click prints a roster or sends an e-mail. Another click or two and you can export data to Excel. No more copying and pasting.
