ITP/Workstation is Aia Software’s workstation-based solution for creating and processing individual requests of an ITP automated document to produce business documents.
Customers use ITP/Workstation to produce:
· Letters from a correspondence system
· Tailor made quotations
· Certificates
· Statements
· and other Individual documents.
ITP/Workstation creates a complete, rich, document instantly and returns it to the user for review and further editting. The layout and formatting features of the word processor of choice (Microsoft Word, OpenOffice.Org, etc) will ensure it is easier than ever to create documents in ITP.
Business intelligence
The ITP process forces the office worker to adhere to company standards. Company standards that dictate not only the correct template style, but the valid application of business rules and text-fragments, including the automatic incorporation of data already known to the company.
ITP/Workstation enables the back office worker to improve their individual productivity while providing the company with better overall control and quality.
